There’s a lot of discussion in our culture around safe spaces. Today, let’s apply that concept to you. Do you have a safe space for self-awareness?
Time is one commodity you have the same amount of as everyone else, and you spend all your time inside your head. Do you reserve space for personal growth and self-awareness, or are you “too busy” with “no time”?
The interesting thing about time is its relationship to space. When you fill up your space, you never have enough time. Conversely, when you create more space, you have more time.
You have time for self-awareness. The question is do you have a safe space for it? Or does F.U.D.G.E. make it uncomfortable to the point that you fill your space up so you don’t have time to deal with you.
Very little will change in your life without a hefty dose of honest, healthy self-awareness. The key to self-awareness is in the word. If you don’t want it, you won’t get it, and you’re the only one who can supply it.
