Illuminated Qoute Board

Too often you are appeased with doing good work while your greatest work suffers.

Good Work is that everyday, this-is-my-job-description kind of work*. All your life you’ve been raised to do Good Work. The work prescribed to you by the economics of your situation, the expectations of others, and the education you’ve received. There is nothing wrong with doing Good Work.

Great Work has more meaning, carries more impact*. It’s the work that absorbs you, fills you with energy. It’s the work that means something deeply to you. The work where you make the biggest difference and have the biggest impact on you and the world around you. There is nothing higher than doing Great Work.

Good Work is expected. Great Work is exhilarating. When you accept Good Work as the standard, you stunt your growth and potential. Worse, you rob the world of the unique Great Work you are here to perform.

Ditch the idea of Good Work. Favor the inspiration of doing Great Work to accelerate moving forward.
